For Startups

AI Automation for
Startups.

Custom AI systems for early-stage startups that automate lead generation, content, and internal operations, so a small team ships like a bigger one.

At a glance

AI automation for startups, in plain English.

JQ AI SYSTEMS builds custom AI automation for early-stage startups: lead generation pipelines, content systems, brand voice guardrails, and internal operations tools. Every system is fixed price and delivered with full source code. No subscription, no lock-in. The startup owns the result outright and can extend it as the team grows.

The Reality

What startups actually struggle with.

The bottlenecks nobody puts in a pitch deck, but everyone recognises.

01
The founder is the marketing department
Product takes every productive hour. Outreach, content, follow-ups, and reporting happen at 11pm or not at all. The company depends on exactly the work nobody has time to do, and hiring for it is at least two funding stages away.
02
Content dies after week two
Every startup starts posting with good intentions. Then a launch, a bug, or a customer call eats the week, and the channel goes quiet. Consistency is what compounds, and consistency is precisely what a two-person team cannot buy with willpower.
03
Lead generation is manual and unsystematic
Prospecting means someone scrolling LinkedIn and pasting names into a spreadsheet. There is no scoring, no enrichment, no follow-up cadence. Deals slip not because the product is weak but because the pipeline is a browser tab someone closed.
04
Your brand looks like everyone else's AI output
Generic AI tools produce generic voice: the same adjectives, the same landing page, the same LinkedIn cadence as every other startup in the batch. When your category is crowded, sounding like a template is a real commercial cost.
What I Build

What an AI build looks like for you.

Not a product list. A shortlist of the builds that actually move the needle for this type of work.

Build 01

Lead generation and outreach pipelines

A pipeline that finds prospects matching your ideal customer profile, enriches and scores them, and drafts personalised outreach for human review. Nothing sends without approval. The system does the research hours; you keep the judgment and the send button.

Build 02

Content systems with a real voice

A scheduled system that turns your product work, changelog, and founder notes into a month of posts, captions, and drafts grounded in a brand voice document, not a generic prompt. Output arrives ready to review, so publishing stops depending on a free evening.

Build 03

Brand voice and identity systems

A structured brand voice document built from 12 years of professional branding work: vocabulary, tone, positioning, and the phrases you never use. Loaded into every AI system so everything the company generates sounds like the company, not like the model.

Build 04

Internal operations tools

Single-purpose tools your engineers never have time to build: CSV-to-report generators, client intake flows, dashboards, data cleanups. Built as browser tools or small scripts, shipped in days, owned outright. Your product team stays on the product.

Build 05

AI search visibility (GEO)

Startups win asymmetric attention when ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews cite them. Structured answer blocks, schema, llms.txt, and citable proof pages that make your site the source AI assistants quote in your category.

Why We Get You

This isn't a generic landing page.

Most AI consultants come from software and treat brand as an afterthought. I spent 12 years doing the opposite: building brand identities for more than 1,200 brands across 40+ countries before moving fully into AI systems. For a startup, that combination matters. Your biggest AI risk is not technical failure, it is sounding and looking like every other company using the same tools. Every system I deliver is built on top of a brand voice document, so automation makes you more distinct, not less.

The systems on this page are not slideware. OutreachIQ, the prospecting pipeline, and the content calendar generator run in production inside my own studio; they were built to solve exactly the problem a founding team has, which is too much operational work and no one to delegate it to. You see the real system on a call, not a mockup.

And because startups change fast, everything ships as plain, documented code you own outright. When you hire your first growth person or your engineers want to extend the system, they get source code, prompts, and documentation, not a subscription they have to work around.

What It Costs

Indicative ranges.

Every project is scoped and fixed-priced before work starts. These are the bands most startups builds fall into.

From $1,035 (€900) Quick builds

Single-workflow scripts, browser tools, form and email automations, data cleanups. Shipped in days, fixed price.

From $6,325 (€5,500) Growth systems

Lead generation pipelines, scheduled content systems, outreach engines with memory, scoring, and human approval gates. 3 to 5 weeks.

From $13,800 (€12,000) Multi-agent builds

Company knowledge bases with a controlled LLM layer, multi-agent operations platforms, and full internal tooling suites. 4 to 8 weeks.

Custom projects start with a free 30-minute consultation. A precise, fixed quote is provided before any commitment. All deliverables include full source code and documentation. You own the result outright.

Process

How it actually runs.

01
Discovery
Free 30-minute call. You describe where the hours go and what growth work is not happening. I map it against what a small, owned AI system can realistically take over first.
02
Scope + priorities
A one-page scope document with inputs, outputs, data flow, and what ships first. Startups get the highest-leverage piece first, not a platform. Fixed quote after sign-off.
03
Build
The system is built in Python, JavaScript, or as a browser-only tool. Your real leads, real voice, and real content are used from day one so the output is tuned to your company, not a template.
04
Test + tune
Edge cases are stress-tested against real prospects, briefs, and drafts. Prompts are tuned until the output passes your quality bar. You approve every output format before delivery.
05
Deliver + train
Full handoff with source code, prompt library, documentation, and a walkthrough call. 14-day warranty on bug fixes. The company owns everything outright.
FAQ

Before you book.

We cannot afford an agency retainer. How does the pricing work?
JQ AI SYSTEMS does not sell retainers or subscriptions. Every project is a fixed-price build with the quote in writing before work starts. Quick builds start around $1,035 (€900) and ship in days. Once delivered, the system runs on your accounts and your infrastructure, so there is no ongoing fee to keep it alive.
Could we just build this ourselves with ChatGPT or Claude?
A prototype, yes, and for some workflows that is genuinely the right answer; the free consultation will say so when it is. The gap is production reliability: scoring rubrics, brand voice grounding, approval gates, error handling, and documentation, so the system still works in month six when nobody is babysitting it. That engineering is what JQ AI SYSTEMS delivers, and the founding team's time usually costs more than the build.
Who owns the code and the prompts after delivery?
The startup does. Every deliverable includes full source code, the prompt library, configuration, and documentation explaining how to run, extend, and debug the system. There is no licensing fee and no dependency on JQ AI SYSTEMS continuing to exist. When you hire engineers, you hand them the repository.
Our brand is not really defined yet. Is that a problem?
It is the normal starting point, and it is where JQ AI SYSTEMS differs from a pure automation shop. The founder spent 12 years in professional branding across more than 1,200 brands before building AI systems. A structured brand voice document is part of the build: positioning, vocabulary, tone, and the phrases to avoid. Every system generates output grounded in that document from day one.
What happens to the system when the team grows?
It becomes your team's codebase. Systems are deliberately built in plain, documented Python and JavaScript rather than a proprietary platform, so a new growth hire or engineer can read, run, and extend them. Several clients treat the delivered system as the specification for what they later build in-house, which is a good outcome, not a failure.
How fast can something be live?
Quick builds (a reporting tool, an intake flow, a single automated workflow) typically ship within one to two weeks of scope sign-off. Growth systems such as lead pipelines and content systems take three to five weeks. The scope document always defines the first shippable piece, so value lands early rather than at the end.
Is the free consultation a sales call?
It is a 30-minute working session. You leave knowing whether the problem is a good fit for AI, what a realistic scope looks like, and roughly what it costs. If the honest answer is that an off-the-shelf tool or a well-written prompt solves it, that is the answer you get. The quote, when there is one, is fixed and in writing.
