Five questions most people ask before their first session.

Do I need any technical background?
No. These sessions are designed for people who are not developers. If you can use email and a browser, you have everything you need. Part of my job is to show you that AI is far more approachable than it looks.
What tools will we use in the session?
Depends on your workflow. Sessions can use ChatGPT/GPT models, Claude, Codex, Make.com, or simple browser-based tools. Nothing is chosen for brand loyalty. The right stack is the one that fits your workflow, privacy needs, budget, and comfort level.
Are you certified to teach Claude and Anthropic tools?
Yes. João Queirós holds 10 Anthropic certifications, each individually verifiable, covering Claude, Claude Code, agent skills, and the Model Context Protocol. Sessions still stay model-flexible: Claude is taught where it is genuinely the right tool, alongside ChatGPT, Codex, and simpler automation when that fits better.
What if I do not know what I want to automate?
That is exactly what the discovery call is for. Most clients come in with a vague sense that "AI could help somehow". We find the specific answer together, and by the end of the discovery call you will have a clear direction.
Can I buy a package and use the sessions at my own pace?
Yes. Package sessions do not expire and can be booked one at a time as you need them. Most clients space them one or two weeks apart, which gives time to apply what we built before the next session.
What is the difference between Training and your build services?
A custom build means I build the system for you. Training means I build it with you so you understand and own the result. Both end with a working system. The difference is who drives. If you want the outcome without the learning curve, book a custom build. If you want the skill, book training.
What if I want my whole team set up, not just myself?
Training is 1:1 coaching for one person. If you want a whole team installed and onboarded onto the right AI tools, that is a separate done-for-you engagement: AI Stack Setup & Enablement. I install and configure the stack, then run a hands-on onboarding session for the team.
