Before you book.

I work with brand voice every day. Will the AI output actually sound like me, or like a chatbot?
This is the only question that matters for a branding studio, so it gets the most time in the build. Voice is not a tone setting, it is a structured prompt system built around your existing best work. I load your past case studies, proposals, and published content into the prompt context, and tune against them until the output is indistinguishable from a draft you would write yourself. The voice-tuning step is usually the longest phase of the build. Because João comes from a branding background, the calibration conversation is fast and the word "wrong" already means something specific to both of us.
Will AI replace the strategic thinking I sell to clients?
No, and this is not the goal. The strategic work (brand positioning, naming rationale, messaging architecture, creative direction) is the part clients pay you to do. AI is not competitive with that. What AI is competitive with is the operational layer sitting underneath it: prospecting, proposal prep, mood board assembly, content reformatting, asset cataloguing, stock licensing. I am a solo studio or freelancer. Is this even for me?
Yes, and often more so than larger studios. Solo operators have no support staff for the repetitive work, so every hour automated is an hour back on client work or on actually having a life. Do your systems integrate with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or other design tools?
Direct Figma and Adobe integration is possible via their APIs for specific workflows, and it can be built. But most of the wins for a branding studio are not inside the design tool. They are in the operational layer around it: finding the right leads, qualifying them, writing the proposal, drafting the content, managing the assets, tracking the stock licensing. That is where AI saves hours per week. Figma plugins are a different category of product and the discovery call will tell you quickly if that is actually what you need.
How do I use AI without compromising client confidentiality?
Every build is scoped around confidentiality from day one. Client names, NDAs, unpublished work, and unreleased identities stay inside your systems. I already use ChatGPT for some of this. Why would I pay for a custom build?
ChatGPT is excellent for one-off tasks. A custom build is for work you do every week.
