How it actually runs.

Intake

You share a brief on your current workflows, tools, team size, and what triggered the interest in AI. I read everything before our first session.

Interviews

60-90 minute sessions with 2-4 people on your team: operators, managers, whoever runs the workflows day to day. This is where the real opportunities surface.

Analysis

I score every opportunity, rank them, and build the phased implementation plan. Usually takes a full working week after the last interview.

Draft review

I send the draft roadmap for you to challenge. One round of revisions included, so the final document reflects your reality and your priorities.

Debrief

A 90-minute walkthrough call with your team. You leave with the final document, a Q&A transcript, and a clear next step.

FAQ

Before you book.

How long does a consulting engagement take?

Two to four weeks from intake to debrief, depending on how many interviews I need and how large your team is. I do one engagement at a time, so lead time to start is usually one to two weeks.

What does it cost?

Scoped on a per-engagement basis. Most small teams (under 10 people) land in the €4,500 to €7,500 range. Larger or more complex engagements scale from there. Every quote is fixed before any work starts, so there are no surprises.

Do you also build the systems in the roadmap?

Yes, but that is a separate engagement under AI Automation Systems or AI Agent Architecture. The consulting output is tool-agnostic and you are free to take it to any developer. Most clients book the first build with me because the context carries over, but that is your call.

What if the roadmap concludes AI is not a good fit for us?

That is a valid outcome and I will tell you directly. You still get the full audit, the analysis, and a written explanation of why. An honest "do not build this" is worth more than a roadmap you will never execute.

Is this different from the free 30-minute consultation?

Completely. The free call is scoped discovery to figure out if we are a good fit. A paid consulting engagement is a multi-week process with interviews, analysis, and a written strategic document. One precedes the other.
