Service 10

Your sources, read for you,
briefed on schedule.

I build a system that reads your sources for you and delivers a sharp, scheduled briefing, so your team starts the week informed instead of scrolling.

At a glance

What is AI Research & Briefing Systems?

AI Research & Briefing Systems monitor the sources that matter to you (news, sites, feeds, competitors, your industry) and deliver a clear, scheduled briefing on a daily or weekly rhythm. The system filters the noise, summarises what changed, and writes it up in your format. Domain knowledge is embedded so it reads like a specialist, not a generic news scraper.

What's included

Every engagement ships with.

  • Source mapping

I identify and wire up the sources that matter to you: news outlets, industry sites, competitor pages, RSS feeds, search queries, or your own saved signals.

  • Domain knowledge embedding

The system is briefed on your field so it reasons like a specialist, knows what is actually relevant, and skips the noise a generic scraper would include.

  • Filtering + summarisation

AI sorts the signal from the noise, groups what matters, and writes tight summaries with the why-it-matters, not just headlines.

  • Scheduled delivery

The briefing arrives on your rhythm: a Monday morning sector update, a daily digest, or whatever cadence fits, delivered by email, document, or Slack.

  • Your format + voice

Output is shaped to your house style and reading order, so it is ready to use or forward, not raw text you still have to edit.

  • Full source code + handoff

You receive the whole system, the prompts, and a walkthrough call. You own it and run it yourself, with a 14-day bug-fix warranty.

Fit Check

Is this service right for you?

Both columns matter. Read them before booking.

This fits if…

  • You or your team spend hours each week keeping up with an industry, market, or set of competitors.
  • You want the important changes surfaced for you, summarised, on a reliable schedule.
  • You need the briefing to understand your field, not just paste in headlines.
  • You want to own the system and point it at new topics whenever you like.

This is not for you if…

  • You need one-off, deep manual research on a single question (that is a consulting task, not a system).
  • Your sources are all behind logins or hard paywalls the system cannot access.
  • You want raw data dumps rather than a filtered, written briefing.
  • The topic changes completely every time, so there is no stable thing to monitor.
Process

How it actually runs.

01
Discovery
A free 30-minute call. You tell me what you need to stay on top of and what a useful briefing looks like for you. I map the sources and the cadence.
02
Scope + quote
A one-page scope: which sources, how often, the format, who receives it, and the depth. You get a fixed quote before anything starts.
03
Build
I build the pipeline and embed your domain knowledge, then generate real sample briefings from live sources so you see the actual output early.
04
Tune
We adjust what counts as relevant, the summary depth, and the format until the briefing is something you would genuinely read every time.
05
Deliver
Full handoff with source code and a walkthrough. You run it yourself, or I run it for you and keep it tuned on a monthly basis.

FAQ

Before you book.

How often does the briefing arrive?
Whatever rhythm fits you: a weekly Monday sector update, a daily morning digest, or something in between. The cadence, the format, and the recipients are all set during scoping and easy to change later.
How is this different from a Google Alert or a news app?
Alerts give you raw links. This gives you a written briefing: filtered for what actually matters in your field, summarised with the why, and shaped to your format. Domain knowledge is embedded so it reasons like someone who knows your industry, not a keyword match.
What sources can it monitor?
News outlets, industry sites, competitor pages, RSS feeds, search queries, and your own saved signals. The main limit is access: anything behind a hard login or strict paywall may not be reachable. We confirm the source list during scoping.
Can it sound like it understands my industry?
Yes. JQ AI SYSTEMS embeds domain knowledge into the system so the briefing weighs relevance and writes the way a specialist in your field would. This is the same approach used for the Paris architecture firm briefing.
Do I own the system, or is it a subscription?
You own it. It is delivered with full source code, runs under your own keys, and is yours to keep and re-point at new topics. If you would rather not run it, I offer an optional monthly managed service where I keep it running and tuned.
